Lolling around in the sun topping up your vitamin D reserves, reading a book, drifting off with the fairies it's all good relaxing stuff. There should be more of it.

 

But, not a lot of people kept themselves in good shape just by relaxing.

 

Why not take advantage of the exercise programs available on board. We've tailored them for 'regular folks'. We can help ease you back painlessly into the fit and healthy way of life in a way of life. In fact regardless of how long your cruise, our vaulting ambition is to have you leaving the boast in better shape and in less pain than when you came on board.

 

We can help you make the start on trimming down a little, fixing up a bad back, lowering some of your metabolic numbers, calming you down and elevating your mood so you feel better. All you have to do is turn up and take part.

Fitness - the frontline of primary health care

You may not have heard this before but fitness is an essential part of primary health care.

 

If poor health is a result of the sedentary, junk food, stressed-out-of-your-brain way of life, then a fitness training program that includes aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility exercises coupled with an Hourglass Diet and an active relaxation program is the way to good health.

Back Pain Clinic - and other musculo-skeletal pain

 

The 80:80:80:80 rule definitely applies to relieving back pain and other musculoskeletal pain.

 

For 80% of people there's an 80% chance they can get themselves back to 80% of good musculo-skeletal heath in 80 days if they're diligent.

 

You can kick start that process on board.

 

We'd like to introduce you to our musculo-skeletal health program where we'll teach you the strength and flexibility exercises you need to do to get your pelvis and the bones above it back in better alignment.
